Job Title

Brand Positioning & Website Copy Brief for Municipal Grant Services Business

Job Description

I am launching JRA Professional LLC (JRAP), a project management, grant writing, and nonprofit consulting business focused on helping small municipalities, rural towns, and community-focused organizations turn local needs into fundable, executable projects.

I need a freelancer to create a lean brand positioning and website copy brief that I can use before hiring a website designer. This is not a full website build, logo redesign, or complete visual identity project. The goal is to clarify JRAP’s message, services, target audience, website direction, and social media positioning.

JRAP will support small municipalities and under-resourced communities with grant research, grant-readiness planning, proposal development, project documentation, municipal coordination, parks and recreation projects, infrastructure improvements, beautification, community facilities, and local revitalization.

I already have preliminary logo and banner concepts that reflect a visual direction I like. These will be provided as reference images. Please use them to understand the preferred brand feel: professional, civic, small-town, municipal, green-space oriented, trustworthy, practical, and community-focused.
