I’m ready to hand over day-to-day ownership of an all-in-one tech stack that keeps our public-facing site and AI touchpoints running smoothly. Your core strength must be deep, hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, because that is where most of the heavy lifting happens for us.
What you'll do:
• 1. Oversee & Maintain the Discover Henderson Website (Wix)
• Manage all pages, layouts, SEO, and updates
• Add/edit business listings, events, packages, and promotions
• Maintain mobile responsiveness and performance
• Ensure branding consistency across all pages
• Manage roles/permissions and collaborator access
• 2. Build, Train & Maintain Ava (AI Concierge)
• Build Ava’s conversational flows
Requirements:
• No‑code systems integrator
• Strong with Tidio
• Strong with Make.com
• Strong with Airtable
• Understands AI agents and conversational design
• Can manage a platform end‑to‑end
• Organized, proactive, and independent

⭐ Role Summary (What This Person Actually Does)
This person owns the entire Discover Henderson digital ecosystem — the website, Ava’s AI brain, automations, partner listings, and technical operations.
They ensure the platform runs smoothly, evolves continuously, and supports your business model (free listings → premium partners → packages → lead generation).
⭐ Core Responsibilities
1. Oversee & Maintain the Discover Henderson Website (Wix)
Manage all pages, layouts, SEO, and updates
Add/edit business listings, events, packages, and promotions
Maintain mobile responsiveness and performance
Ensure branding consistency across all pages
Manage roles/permissions and collaborator access
2. Build, Train & Maintain Ava (AI Concierge)
Build Ava’s conversational flows
Maintain her knowledge base (Henderson, businesses, events, hotels, parks, etc.)
Integrate Ava with Tidio, Voiceflow, or your chosen AI engine
Train Ava to recommend premium partners
Update her logic as new partners join
Improve accuracy, tone, and user experience
3. Manage All Automations (Make.com)
Build and maintain workflows connecting:
Wix
Tidio
HubSpot
Airtable
Tally.so
Automate partner onboarding
Automate lead routing
Automate notifications and follow‑ups
Ensure data flows cleanly across the system
4. Manage the Business Directory (Airtable)
Maintain the master database of Henderson businesses
Tag premium partners
Update categories, zones, and metadata
Sync Airtable with the website and Ava
5. Oversee AI Avatar Production (HeyGen / LiveAvatar/ Video Tools)
Manage Ava’s visual look
Produce new avatar videos for:
Homepage
Business pages
Packages
Events
Ensure brand consistency
6. Lead Technical Operations
Troubleshoot issues across the platform
Monitor uptime, performance, and analytics
Improve conversion flows
Optimize user experience
Maintain integrations and API connections
7. Support Partner & Hotel Relationships
Add new partners to the system
Update partner pages
Ensure premium partners get priority placement
Maintain hotel concierge integrations

Build Phase: 20–30 hours/week (first 4–6 weeks)
Ongoing Maintenance: 10–15 hours/week
Growth Phase: 15–20 hours/week
