I’m launching a phone-based outreach campaign to uncover motivated sellers in both the residential and commercial markets. Your job is straightforward: get property owners on the line, create rapport, qualify their intent to sell, and turn each conversation into a warm, ready-to-contact lead that I can immediately follow up on.
I will supply the call lists, a brief script outline, and access to my cloud dialer and CRM. You’ll adapt the script in real time, handle objections confidently, and log every interaction inside the system—name, best phone, property address, seller motivation, time frame, and any price expectations.
Success for me is simple: a steady stream of verified seller leads every day. If you have a strong track record in professional real estate cold calling, especially converting gate-kept numbers into genuine conversations, we’ll work well together.
