Original
I need to turn the placeholder site at https://hiveivy.godaddysites.com/ into a fully-functioning property management web app. The first release should focus squarely on tenant management so I can keep every step of a renter’s journey in one place.
Key tenant-centric features I must see in the MVP:
• Tenant application tracking
• Lease agreements management
• Tenant communication (in-app messages & email notices)
Clean UX across desktop and mobile, secure user authentication, and an intuitive dashboard are essential. While maintenance requests and rent collection might be added later, I want the codebase structured now so those modules can slot in without a rewrite.
Tech stack is flexible—React, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks paired with a robust back-end (Node, Laravel, Django, etc.) all work for me, as long as the solution is well-documented and deploys smoothly to a standard cloud environment.
Deliverables
• Working web app hosted at my existing domain
• Source code in a private Git repo with setup instructions
• Basic admin manual covering user roles, data backup, and feature workflows
Acceptance criteria
1. New tenants can submit applications end-to-end and appear in an admin queue.
2. Admins can generate, store, and e-sign leases from within the app.
3. Message threads between tenant and admin send both in-app and email notifications.
4. All core pages load in under two seconds on a standard broadband connection.
If you have a proven track record building SaaS-style portals and can meet these checkpoints, let’s talk timeline and milestones.
