Freelancer Client is hiring: Recruit 50 UAE Truck Drivers.
Location: Remote
I need help filling fifty full-time heavy-duty truck driver seats for my logistics fleet operating inter-city routes across the UAE. Every candidate you bring must already hold a valid UAE heavy-vehicle licence and be able to prove at least five years of professional driving experience on UAE roads. Candidates must also meet the following criteria: they must be married and aged between 30-40. Only candidates from India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and Nepal will be considered. Recruiters must have prior experience in blue-collar or manpower staffing. Your remit covers the entire hiring funnel: sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, licence and reference verification, and issuing offer letters once I give final approval. Payment structure: An initial milestone of USD 75 will be provided, with an additional USD 20 paid per successfully recruited driver who meets all criteria. Updates will be required every 48 hours initially to align the work, transitioning to weekly progress reports thereafter. Driver package details will be shared with the recruiter upon approval. Visa and other logistical arrangements will be managed by us, with priority given to drivers already based in the UAE. I’ll provide the job brief, salary package, and company onboarding materials; you supply the talent pipeline and keep me updated until all 50 drivers have accepted and booked their start dates.
