I’m looking to tighten the financial side of my business while jump-starting a steady flow of new prospects.
Finance is the first priority: I need clear month-end reporting, cash-flow projections, and advice on how to structure budgets for the next two quarters. You’ll dig into my existing spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) and accounting software, tidy up the chart of accounts, then build a simple dashboard that tells me—in plain numbers—where money is earned, burned, and best re-deployed.
At the same time, I want a small but focused lead-generation push built around cold calling. The goal is to set qualified appointments for me each week. I’ll supply a list of target companies; you’ll refine it, craft a concise call script, handle the dials, and note every outcome in the CRM. No email blasts or social campaigns right now—just disciplined phone work that converts curiosity into booked calls.
Deliverables
• Clean, reconciled financial statements and a forward-looking cash-flow model
• An at-a-glance finance dashboard (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Target list refinement, call script, and daily call log
• Minimum of five qualified appointments in the first month
Acceptance Criteria
• Financial reports match bank balances to within 0.5% tolerance
• Dashboard updates automatically when source data changes
• All calls logged with outcome codes and next-step dates
• Appointments meet predefined ICP (industry, revenue, decision-maker role)
