What you'll do:
• Review generation
• Lead capture systems
• Outbound cold calling local businesses
• Following provided scripts/frameworks
• Setting appointments for our sales team
• Updating CRM notes
• Handling basic objections professionally

Requirements:
• We are looking for someone:
• Confident on calls
• Conversational and natural
• Consistent and reliable
• Comfortable with outbound dialing
• Results-driven, not robotic
• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting is a plus but not required if you are coachable.

Option 1 – Performance Based (Recommended)

Pay Structure:
- $20 per qualified held appointment
- $30 bonus per closed deal

- Must maintain 50%+ show rate
