Story Summary
Miyu Aizawa has been in love with the same boy since elementary school.
Unfortunately:

Ren Takahashi works part-time as a caregiver assistant and spends all his time helping other girls.
After humiliating herself trying to get his attention, Miyu impulsively pretends to injure her leg during a school accident.
