Location: Remote
I need a developer who can take my existing Shopify store and make the cart-to-checkout journey far smoother while tying it seamlessly into real-time shipping options. Right now the layout and flow feel clunky; customers hesitate once they reach the cart, and the hand-off to the shipping calculator is anything but intuitive.
What you'll do:
• A redesigned cart and checkout interface that looks clean on both desktop and mobile, reduces steps, and keeps branding consistent.
• Direct integration with my chosen shipping carriers so rates, delivery estimates, and available services populate instantly during checkout.
• All changes implemented with best-practice Shopify Liquid, Theme Editor adjustments, and—if needed—custom apps or Shopify Scripts, without breaking existing pages.
• Clear staging versus live deployment so I can review each improvement before it goes public.
