I run a fully distributed web-development team and need a detail-driven project manager who can keep our sprint board—and our developers—moving smoothly.
What you'll do:
• Turn my meeting transcripts into clear, actionable Trello cards
• Structure and maintain project boards, grouping tasks by priority and phase
• Assign work to individual developers, track estimates, and chase down blockers before they grow
• Verify each ticket meets its acceptance criteria before it heads to QA
• Post concise progress updates in Slack so everyone stays on the same page
• Methodology & toolset:
• We work in a pragmatic mix of Agile and Waterfall, selecting the approach that best fits each project. Trello is our source of truth, supplemented by Slack and a lightweight time-tracking app. If you can suggest small process tweaks, even better.
