Most projects involve:
Building websites using Elementor
Following Figma or design references
Making updates to existing WordPress sites
Fixing layout or responsiveness issues
Requirements:
Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor
Ability to follow designs closely (pixel-perfect preferred)
Good communication and responsiveness
Able to meet deadlines consistently
Available to respond during some EST hours (not full-time required)
Nice to have:
Basic CSS/HTML knowledge

Familiarity with common plugins
How we work:
Tasks are assigned regularly (daily/weekly)
Work is tracked via time tracking tool
