Your focus will be North American and European markets. I already have a proven production team; what we need now is someone who can consistently put qualified prospects in front of us, guide them through discovery, and close the deal.
How you’ll approach this is largely up to you, but cold emailing and thoughtful social-media outreach are the channels that have brought us the best early traction, so I’d like you to double down on those first. That means researching companies that can benefit from a new site or a redesign, crafting compelling email sequences, leveraging LinkedIn or Facebook to warm up conversations, and keeping all interactions organised in a simple CRM.
Once a lead shows genuine interest, you’ll handle the call, gather requirements, and loop me in for detailed scoping. When the proposal is accepted and the initial payment clears, your commission is released. I’m open to structuring tiered percentages so the more revenue you bring in, the higher your share.
