I need an experienced recruiter who can quickly head-hunt, vet, and present a strong shortlist of candidates for several open positions at my early-stage tech company. The most urgent focus is on leadership roles (think VP-level and above), though we will shortly extend the search to key tech and growth-marketing positions once the top executive seats are filled.

What you'll do:

• Partner with me to refine each leadership job profile and define the must-have competencies.

• Deliver a concise slate—ideally 5-7 qualified candidates per role—together with résumé, compensation expectations, and your interview notes.

• Keep communication tight; we will review and iterate in real time so we can move candidates through the funnel fast.

• A vetted shortlist for each priority leadership role within the agreed timeframe.

• Deliver a concise slate—ideally 5-7 qualified candidates per role—together with résumé, compensation expectations, and your interview notes.
• Keep communication tight; we will review and iterate in real time so we can move candidates through the funnel fast.

Acceptance criteria
– A vetted shortlist for each priority leadership role within the agreed timeframe.
– Clear, structured interview notes that justify why each person made the cut.
– Weekly progress updates until roles are closed.
