I need a single WordPress landing page built within the next 12 hours, fully branded with my logo and company colors. The page must include an on-page form—Name, Email, and Phone fields only—and save every submission directly inside WordPress so I can review leads anytime from the dashboard. Absolutely no Jotform, iframes, or external services; everything has to be native code or standard WP functionality.
