Ongoing WordPress Hosting & Migration -- 2
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: Ongoing WordPress Hosting & Migration -- 2.
Location: Remote
I manage a steady stream of WordPress blog projects and need an extra set of expert hands on an hourly basis. Every site sits on cPanel, so you should feel completely at home moving around that environment.
Here is the typical flow you’ll jump into: migrating a finished build from a VPS over to shared hosting, pointing the DNS, bringing the site live, confirming SSL and performance settings, and setting up the client’s email accounts so they can hit the ground running. Because most builds run on custom themes, a keen eye for theme-specific paths, asset locations, and plugin dependencies is important—little oversights here can break layouts on launch day.
Work shows up in small bursts: sometimes it’s a quick MX record tweak, other times a full migration with pre-launch checks. I’ll share a task list, credentials, and any special notes; you confirm everything functions as expected, document what you changed, and let me know once the job is cleared.
If cPanel migrations, WordPress custom-theme quirks, and email setups are second nature to you, I’d love to start passing these tasks over right away.
Skills: PHP, WordPress, Technical Support, HTML, Website Management, Web Hosting, Documentation, cPanel
Budget: $30–$250 USD
