Fix 504 Error After SSL Renewal On NameCheap
Краткое
Freelancer Client is hiring: Fix 504 Error After SSL Renewal On NameCheap.
Location: Remote
Right after I renewed the SSL certificate for my web application on NameCheap, every request to the site now ends in a 504 Gateway Timeout.
What I need is a fast, methodical investigation into where the timeout is happening and a clean fix so the site loads over HTTPS again. I’m open to whatever steps are needed—verifying the certificate chain, checking proxy time-out rules, restarting services, updating virtual-host files, or tweaking firewall rules—as long as the end result is a stable, secure connection with no 504s.
Live site reachable over HTTPS without 504 errors
Confirmed, correctly installed SSL certificate (valid chain, no mixed-content warnings)
Brief summary of what you found and the settings you changed so I can document the fix for future renewals
Skills: PHP, Linux, Web Security, Apache, Web Hosting, Web Development, Network Security, SSL
Budget: $600–$1500 USD
Source: Freelancer Client via Remote / Online. Apply on the source website.
