I design and build websites for companies that still don’t have an online presence. My sweet spot is small local businesses—think neighborhood restaurants, salons, repair shops, specialty stores—who could benefit immediately from a clean, functional site.
What you'll do:
• Identify small local businesses listed in directories that have no active website link.
• Reach out with a brief pitch and gauge interest.
• Pass warm, qualified leads to me and stay in the loop until the deal closes.
• I handle proposals, scoping, and delivery, so you can stay focused on finding and nurturing prospects. We’ll track each lead in a shared sheet, and commissions are released the moment the client’s first payment lands.
• If you already know your way around directory platforms like Yelp, Yellow Pages, Google Business Profile, and similar listings—and you enjoy turning quick conversations into real opportunities—let’s start bringing these businesses online together.

If the lead signs for a site, you receive a straight 30 % cut of the contract value. Larger projects naturally push your payout higher; there’s no cap.
