I need an experienced Shopify developer to build and customize a Shopify store for my automotive electronics business.
What you'll do:

Requirements:
• 1. Homepage design
• Create a professional homepage based on my visual reference:
• Black / white / red color scheme
• Automotive electronics / OEM parts style
• Large hero banner with ECU / control module background image
• Strong headline: OEM Electronic Control Modules
• Main buttons: Browse Catalog and Contact for VIN Check
• Search by part number block
Nice to have:
• Customize my existing Shopify theme if possible
• Or recommend and install a suitable Shopify theme for auto parts
• Use Liquid / CSS / Shopify sections where needed
• Make it editable inside Shopify theme editor as much as possible
• Please advise and help configure apps if needed:

I need an experienced Shopify developer to build and customize a Shopify store for my automotive electronics business.

Business type:
We sell used OEM automotive electronic modules and auto parts, including ECU, ECM, DME, TCU, BCM, ABS modules, SRS / airbag modules, fuse boxes, instrument clusters, immobilizer sets and other control units.
Important:
This is not a clothing or general accessories store. It must look like a professional automotive parts catalog with strong search, clean product structure and technical design.
Project goal:
I need to rebuild my current design/reference as a real Shopify storefront using Shopify theme customization, Liquid sections, CSS and standard Shopify functionality.
I already have:
- Shopify store created
- Products imported / being imported from eBay
- Logo concept
- Visual homepage reference
- Product description structure
- Policies
- Basic categories planned
Main requirements:
1. Homepage design
Create a professional homepage based on my visual reference:
- Black / white / red color scheme
- Automotive electronics / OEM parts style
- Large hero banner with ECU / control module background image

Set up product collections:

- Instrument Clusters
- Other Electronic Modules
4. Catalog page
Create a clean product catalog page with:
- Product grid
- Sidebar filters
- Search functionality
- Sorting
- Product cards showing image, title, price, brand and part number if possible
Filters needed:
- Brand / Vendor
- Product Type
- Price
- Availability
- Tags / vehicle make if possible
I understand filters can be configured through Shopify Search & Discovery or another recommended app.
5. Product page
Create a product page suitable for used OEM automotive electronic modules.
The product page should include:
- Large image gallery
- Product title
- Price
- Add to Cart button
- Buy Now button
- Part Numbers section
- Fitment section
- Important Information section
- Compatibility notice
- VIN check / contact button
Important notice text:
Used electronic modules may require coding, programming, VIN matching, immobilizer synchronization, adaptation or calibration. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Compatibility must be confirmed by part number only. Do not rely on model or year alone.
6. Product data structure
I need help organizing product data for better filters and SEO:
- Vendor = vehicle brand, for example BMW, Toyota, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai
- Product type = ECU / ECM, TCU, ABS Module, BCM, SRS Module, Fuse Box, Instrument Cluster
- Tags = brand, model, engine, part number, module type
- Optional metafields for part numbers, donor vehicle, engine, VIN, fitment notes
7. Design style
The store should look:
- Technical
- Clean
- Automotive
- Professional
- Catalog-focused
- Not like a fashion, beauty or general dropshipping store
Reference style:
Black background hero, red accents, large search bar, product category cards, brand grid, trust blocks.
8. Mobile
The website must be fully responsive:
- Clean mobile header
- Search easy to use
- Product grid mobile-friendly
- Product page easy to read
- Buttons visible and clear
9. Shopify theme
I need this built inside Shopify as a real Shopify theme/customization, not as a separate headless website.
Preferred solution:
- Customize my existing Shopify theme if possible
- Or recommend and install a suitable Shopify theme for auto parts
- Use Liquid / CSS / Shopify sections where needed
- Make it editable inside Shopify theme editor as much as possible
10. Apps
Please advise and help configure apps if needed:
- Shopify Search & Discovery
- Product filter app if necessary
- Page builder only if truly needed
- Any app for part number search or vehicle fitment if recommended
