I need an AI-powered “employee” that lives inside my WhatsApp Business number and instantly answers day-to-day customer inquiries for my women’s clothing store in Abu Dhabi (near Sultan Bin Zayed, orders by phone +2TQT 50M5).
The bot only has to focus on customer inquiries for now—questions such as item availability, sizing advice, current promotions, opening hours and directions. It must converse fluently in both English and Arabic, switching automatically to match the language of the shopper.
I am happy for you to build on tools like the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Twilio, Dialogflow, Rasa or OpenAI GPT—whatever you are most comfortable with—as long as the final solution runs reliably, is easy for me to update, and hands off to a human seamlessly when needed.
Deliverables I expect:
• A fully configured WhatsApp agent connected to my existing number
• A concise knowledge base/training file that includes my store details, location, phone ordering procedure and sample Q&A for stock, sizing and promos
• Clear instructions (or a dashboard) so I can edit answers and add new products later
• Live testing with at least ten bilingual conversations showing correct English↔Arabic switching and accurate answers
• Handover documentation covering setup, maintenance and emergency fallback to a human operator
