Job Overview:We are looking for an ambitious, all-in-one Performance Marketer & Growth Partner to join us long-term. Our platform, merishop.online, is a premium Progressive Web App (PWA) software engine built specifically for local Indian businesses (salons, boutiques, home bakers, cafes). It allows any merchant to instantly launch a fully automated mobile storefront via their Instagram or WhatsApp bio link (e.g., Live Active Example: prachifacedecor.merishop.online).The platform is completely live, production-ready, and priced at a firm ₹5,000 one-time setup fee.We want a partner to handle the entire user acquisition loop: producing the video creatives, running the Meta Ads to get high-intent leads, and executing a quick, 2-minute "Done-For-You" onboarding setup to lock in and close the sale. Compensation & Budget Structure:We operate an aggressive, risk-free profit-sharing model backed entirely by our own advertising capital:Your Commission: ₹1,500 pure profit per shop onboarded and activated.The Ad Budget: We fund 100% of the Facebook Ad Spend. We have allocated a target ₹1,500 CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) for you to scale campaigns inside Ads Manager.Earning Potential: Onboarding 100 shops a month earns you ₹1,50,000 / month. This is a long-term contract with uncapped growth. Your Core Responsibilities:Creative Production: Independently script, direct, and produce 10 native-looking video ad variations targeting specific Indian business sub-categories (e.g., Luxury Hair Salons, Bridal Makeup Artists, Home Bakers, Indie Clothing Boutiques).Media Buying: Structure, execute, and optimize Meta Ad campaigns (Advantage+ Shopping / CBO frameworks) driving prospective store owners into your sales chat sequence.Full "Done-For-You" Customer Onboarding: When a lead is interested, you will handle the initial 2-minute setup to close the deal:Register the merchant on the platform to generate their unique subdomain.Upload 2-3 of their core product/service categories using images from their Instagram/Facebook page.Share the gorgeous, ready-to-use live link with them so they see the final result instantly, collect the ₹5,000 payment, and hand over the dashboard credentials.Requirements:Proven track record of running and scaling Meta Ads inside the Indian market.Absolute clarity on small business B2B psychology.Top-tier short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro) featuring engaging dynamic hooks.Great communication skills over WhatsApp/Call to guide merchants through the quick handover.Willingness to collaborate on a high-side revenue share model where we absorb the ad spending risks.
