Update residential house floor plan, clean skin, applying marked changes, allowing for one set of revisions, providing set of two files in 2D Cad and pdf; provide 3D render of the exterior applying suggestions provided by client, allowing for one set of revisions; provide floor plan aerial view of the house plan, allowing for one set of revisions; once complete, make a modification to the garage, reducing the size to allow for a single garage and altered entrance and provide the same suite of deliverables, no need for revisions.
