I’m hiring a front-desk receptionist for Greenland Resort in Athirapilly. The role centres on clear, confident communication in several languages—English first, with Malayalam and Tamil used daily with guests and suppliers. You’ll greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and keep every interaction warm and professional.
Daily work also includes managing online reservations, handling basic data entry, and replying to emails through our browser-based booking system. If you already know the typical hotel reservation dashboards, great; if not, a short in-house training will bring you up to speed.
You’ll be on site, so we provide full board and comfortable accommodation within the resort grounds. A neat, well-presented appearance, friendly attitude, and the confidence to switch languages on the fly are essential.
