Our technical team includes experienced software engineers with strong capabilities across web development, backend systems, cloud platforms, automation, AI tools, and enterprise software solutions. As we continue expanding in the US market, we are looking for a reliable, professional, and business-minded US-based partner who can help us create a strong online presence, communicate with potential clients, and secure new project opportunities.
What you'll do:
• We are seeking a US-Based Business Development & Client Acquisition Partner to help us build professional online profiles, apply for relevant opportunities, communicate with clients, and support the process of securing software development projects or long-term contracts.
• This role is ideal for someone based in the United States who has strong English communication skills, is comfortable with online platforms, and can professionally represent our software consulting services to clients.
• You do not need to be a technical expert. Our internal technical team will fully support the technical side, including project discussions, technical interviews, coding assessments, client questions, and actual project delivery.
• This is a revenue-sharing opportunity, not a fixed-salary position.
• Create and manage professional online business/client-facing profiles on relevant platforms
• Search for software development, IT consulting, AI, automation, and technical project opportunities
• Submit applications, proposals, or introductions for suitable opportunities
• Communicate professionally with potential clients, recruiters, and business contacts

Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage professional online business/client-facing profiles on relevant platforms
• Search for software development, IT consulting, AI, automation, and technical project opportunities
• Submit applications, proposals, or introductions for suitable opportunities
• Communicate professionally with potential clients, recruiters, and business contacts
• Schedule and participate in client calls, interviews, and project discussions when needed
• Coordinate closely with our technical team during client conversations and interviews
• Help present our team’s skills, experience, and services in a clear and professional way
• Follow up with leads, maintain communication, and help move opportunities forward
• Support the process of securing long-term contracts, freelance projects, or client engagements
• Maintain professionalism, honesty, and confidentiality in all client-facing communication
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications(Not required)
• Experience with business development, recruiting, sales, staffing, freelancing, or client communication
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Handshake, Outlier, freelance marketplaces, staffing platforms, or similar online opportunity platforms
• Basic understanding of software development or IT services is helpful but not required
• Previous experience working with remote teams is a plus

Compensation
This is a performance-based revenue-sharing role.
You will receive 15% to 25% of the profit from each successfully secured client opportunity, depending on the project size, responsibility level, and agreement for that opportunity.
For example, if we secure an $8,000/month client contract, your monthly share would be approximately $1,200 to $2,000.
If multiple client contracts are secured, your earnings can increase accordingly. For example, two similar contracts could double the monthly compensation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a professional US-based communicator who is comfortable building online profiles, applying for opportunities, speaking with clients, and helping secure business for a technical team. This person does not need to perform the technical work directly, because our engineering team will provide full support and handle the technical execution.
This role is best for someone who wants a flexible, remote, performance-based opportunity with strong upside potential.
