Location: Remote
I’m taking over a former Chick-fil-A stall inside Four Seasons Mall (Greensboro, NC) and rebranding it as Firebun. The hood, sinks, plumbing, counters, and most fixtures stay exactly where they are; the only additions are a couple of refrigerators and grills, so there are no structural changes involved.
Requirements:
• Floor-plan / kitchen layout delivered as a print-ready PDF
• Numbered equipment schedule that clearly distinguishes existing items from the new refrigerators and grills
• Call-outs or notes covering hot-water-heater capacity and location
• Any other sheets or legends the Guilford County Health Department typically expects for a resubmission
• What I will supply immediately:
• Original 2009 Chick-fil-A CAD/PDF drawings
• Current measurements
• High-resolution photos and video walk-throughs

The health department will only approve the space once they receive fresh commercial kitchen drawings that reflect Firebun’s equipment and workflow. I need a clean, professional update of the 2009 plans that shows exactly what is staying, what is leaving, and where the new gear goes.
