Location: Remote

Daily operations revolve around three main needs: responding promptly and courteously to customer-service emails, verifying incoming data before it enters our systems, and turning that verified information into clear Excel or Google Sheets reports for the warehouse and management teams.

What you'll do:

• Inbox managed Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm (UTC) with ≤2-hour response time

• Weekly warehouse report and end-of-month management report, both in .xlsx and live Google Sheets versions

Daily operations revolve around three main needs: responding promptly and courteously to customer-service emails, verifying incoming data before it enters our systems, and turning that verified information into clear Excel or Google Sheets reports for the warehouse and management teams.

Email handling
All messages funnel through a shared inbox (Gmail + Outlook). I forward you the credentials and brand guidelines; you answer inquiries, escalate edge cases to me, and tag each thread so we keep our SLA under two hours.

Data entry & verification
Orders, stock counts, and return notes arrive in mixed formats. Your role is to cross-check them against source documents, flag discrepancies, and post the clean, confirmed numbers into our master sheet. Accuracy is more important than speed.

Reporting
Once the data is verified, weekly and monthly summaries must be produced in Excel and mirrored in Google Sheets. Pivot tables, simple dashboards, and a few conditional-formatting cues are all that’s required. The warehouse relies on these sheets to plan picking and replenishment, so consistency in layout is key.

Deliverables
• Inbox managed Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm (UTC) with ≤2-hour response time
• Verified data entered daily, zero pending rows at end of shift
• Weekly warehouse report and end-of-month management report, both in .xlsx and live Google Sheets versions

A quick onboarding call will walk through templates, tone of voice, and file locations; after that, I measure success by accuracy rate, response time, and on-time report delivery.
