Location: Remote
I need reliable help with data entry—keying information quickly and precisely into the correct fields, double-checking for consistency, and ensuring the final files are clean and professionally formatted. Most of the work will take place in Microsoft Excel and Word, with occasional PDF conversions, so solid command of those tools is essential.
Transferring raw records into structured Excel sheets
Updating or re-formatting existing Word documents so they match a uniform style guide
Catching and correcting typos, extra spaces, or misaligned columns before each hand-off
I value accuracy over speed, but if you can deliver both, that’s ideal. Every batch you return should be error-free and ready for immediate use without further edits. If you have experience automating repetitive steps with formulas or macros, feel free to mention it—I’m open to efficiency suggestions provided data integrity is never compromised.
