What you'll do:
• Step-by-step instructions (written or video) so I can maintain the system myself after you hand it over.

• A realistic repayment strategy that prioritises high-interest debt but still fits my monthly cash flow.
• A zero-based or similar budget that covers regular expenses, savings goals, and the new debt-pay-down plan.
• A user-friendly tracking system—Google Sheets, Excel Online, or any other free tool—complete with formulas or pivot tables so I can update it quickly each week.
• Step-by-step instructions (written or video) so I can maintain the system myself after you hand it over.
Acceptance criteria: the sheet calculates running balances automatically, flags upcoming due dates at least a week in advance, and shows how extra payments affect my payoff timeline.
