I already have a complete set of AI-generated display ads exported as JPEG/PNG. I now need those visuals rebuilt from scratch so every element sits on its own layer and can be tweaked later.
Requirements:
• Update only the background color to the new brand shade while leaving text and other elements exactly as they are.

2 companies with 4 ad sizes each (8 total images):
300 x 250
728 x 90
160 x 600
300 x 600
The changes are simple but must be pixel-perfect:
• Swap the placeholder logo for the high-resolution client logo I will supply.
• Update only the background color to the new brand shade while leaving text and other elements exactly as they are.
• Add Tagline
• Add Lic#
• Use new photo
Please deliver each banner at the original dimensions in two versions: a flattened, web-ready JPEG/PNG for immediate use and a fully layered working file (PSD or AI—your choice) so we can edit in the future.
Consistency with the reference ads, sharp image quality, and a quick turnaround are what matter most.
