Freelancer Client is hiring: International Fundraiser for Children's Aid.
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time / Full-time, Remote
Compensation: Commission-based (percentage of funds raised + bonuses for KPI achievement)
Position: International Fundraiser (Donor Acquisition)
What you'll do:
• Acquire individual and corporate donors to support our children’s programs
• Build and maintain a donor pipeline — research new prospects, cultivate existing supporters
• Develop and pitch partnership proposals (including sponsorship and CSR partnerships)
• Organize and run fundraising campaigns, online drives, and charity events
• Lead negotiations, finalize donation agreements
• Provide donor support: inform about the results of their contributions, prepare reports and expressions of gratitude
• Analyze fundraising performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising campaigns effectively
Requirements:
• Flexible schedule and remote work option
• Commission-based payment: percentage of the funds you raise (negotiable)
