We are a technology venture solving real operational problems for enterprise clients across Singapore, India, and the USA. We build and deliver technology solutions — and we are now bringing on a senior sales professional to own the full business development cycle from first outreach through to signed contract.
What you'll do:
• Your rate confirmed in writing before you start
• CRM access and a defined Ideal Customer Profile document
• A technical co-contractor who joins discovery and planning calls with you
• Founder availability for your first three client calls
• Product documentation and a demo you can run independently
• Warm introductions to the first 10 target contacts
• A fixed monthly salary
• An inbound lead engine
Requirements:
• You have closed B2B technology or enterprise deals in the $5,000–$100,000 range
• You can build a pipeline from zero — you know how to find the right person, get the first conversation, and run a discovery call without a script
• You have worked in Singapore, India, or the USA markets and understand enterprise buying behaviour
• You are self-directed — you do not need daily check-ins to stay on track
• You have 60–90 days of financial runway to work with while first revenue arrives
• You treat your time as an investment in the right opportunity
• Your protections — written into the contract:

What we are building
Every engagement we pursue follows a structured three-milestone model. Each milestone is a decision point for the client — they pay to proceed. This means you are always selling a low-risk next step, not a massive upfront commitment. That is your edge in the room.
The three milestones:
Milestone 1 — Discovery
Identify the right prospect, qualify the problem, lead the discovery call. Client pays at close of this milestone to proceed.
Milestone 2 — Planning + Proposal
Lead the planning session with our technical team, scope the solution, present and defend the proposal. Client pays to proceed to delivery.
Milestone 3 — Kickoff + Delivery
Contract signed. Project kicks off. Full payout triggered for everyone on the team.
How you get paid
This is a milestone-triggered deferred hourly engagement. Here is exactly how it works:
You propose your hourly rate. We confirm it in writing before you log a single hour
Every hour you log is countersigned weekly — a formal legal record, not a verbal agreement
When a milestone fee clears our account, your accrued hours are paid first — before anything else
If a milestone fee does not fully cover hours logged, the shortfall carries forward as a legal debt to the next milestone
Your hours survive if the engagement ends — the debt remains on our books until paid
At 90 days we review together — you decide whether to continue
You are not working for free. You are working on deferred terms with a company that has every financial incentive to close fast.
What you will have from day one
