Scope of work
• Configure and deploy the following core modules so they work seamlessly together:
– Inventory Management
– Sales Management
– Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Within Inventory Management, enable and prove these critical capabilities:
– Real-time stock tracking across all locations
– Automated reorder points to prevent stock-outs
– Multi-warehouse support with clear transfer workflows
• Migrate historical data (items, price lists, customers, suppliers, and open orders) from spreadsheets and our legacy tool into ERPNext, validating integrity after import.
• Set up basic roles and permissions, then provide concise documentation and remote walkthroughs so the team can handle everyday tasks without reliance on external support.
• Support one full month of post-go-live monitoring to resolve issues, fine-tune reports, and optimise performance (Frappe / MariaDB tuning, caching, scheduled jobs).
Acceptance criteria
1. All three modules function without errors in our test and production instances.
2. Stock levels, customer records, and outstanding orders match legacy data within an agreed tolerance.
3. Reorder and transfer triggers create the correct Material Requests and Stock Entries automatically.
4. End-users can demonstrate a full order-to-cash cycle during UAT.
5. A concise hand-over document and recorded training sessions are delivered before final sign-off.
The server environment is ready; SSH and sudo access will be provided. Prefer standard ERPNext LTS, but open to expert recommendations on plugins if they simplify the above goals.
