RXON is an elite agency that designs and deploys Tier-1 Autonomous AI Operations and Voice Infrastructure for mid-to-enterprise brands globally. We are scaling our outbound operations aggressively across North America, the UK, and Europe, and we are looking for absolute "hunters" to join our ecosystem.

What you'll do:

• We don't micro-manage, and we don't track your hours. We grant our independent sales partners complete structural autonomy.

• You utilize your own high-ticket closing frameworks (NEPQ, decision-based questioning, etc.).

• You use your own cold stacks, databases, dialers, or outreach networks.

• You control your calendar, your location, and your workflow entirely.

• Your Lever: The Free Audit Strategy

• You are NOT selling a cold, expensive tech contract upfront. Your single strategic objective is to engage C-level decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Operations Directors) and get them to agree to our high-value "Free Operational Continuity Audit."

• We Handle the Work: Our internal backend technical desk handles 100% of the diagnostics and report generation.

• Your Payoff: Once the audit uncovers critical pipeline leaks, we deliver the premium solution wrapper, and you cash in on a lucrative contract split commission upon closing.
