Requirements:
• 100% Original Custom Characters: We do NOT want generic, ready-made templates from Canva, Vyond, or other drag-and-drop platforms. The main characters must be custom-drawn and uniquely designed for our brand so that we don't face "Repetitive Content" issues on YouTube.
• Human Voiceover & Original Music: Absolutely NO AI-generated singing or robotic voices (No Suno/Udio AI audio). The rhymes must be sung/spoken by a real human artist, and the background music must be copyright-free or safely licensed.
• YouTube Monetization Friendly: The final video must fully comply with YouTube’s Kids Content & Monetization Policies.
• Deliverables: Final HD Video (16:9 for YouTube) + 4-5 vertical clips (9:16 Shorts) cut from the same video + Project Source Files (.ae, .fla, or raw vector assets).
• Budget & Payment Terms:
• Our budget for this first pilot video is between ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 INR (depending on your portfolio). Payment will be strictly handled via the Freelancer Milestone System. No advance or direct outside payments.
• Please share your past work samples of 2D animation only. Bidders using AI animation or stock templates will be rejected immediately. Thanks in advance.

We are launching a new YouTube Shorts & Long-form channel for children's nursery rhymes and are looking for a talented 2D Animator for a long-term collaboration. We want to start with ONE pilot video first to check the quality and coordination.
The duration of this first video will be around 1.5 to 2 minutes.
