I am hiring multiple freelancers for a large-scale Oklahoma business contact form submission project.
This project will continue until all Oklahoma-based businesses that accept credit cards from customers have been contacted through their publicly accessible online contact forms.
Please confirm in your proposal that you fully understand the milestone structure, upload requirements, and daily minimum production expectations.
Pay is fixed according to the milestone schedule below and is non-negotiable.
Freelancers are responsible for independently sourcing eligible Oklahoma-based businesses.
No website list will be provided.
Project Overview
You will independently source Oklahoma-based businesses that:
Accept credit card payments from customers
Display publicly accessible online contact or inquiry forms
Maintain active business websites
I will provide:
Contact details to submit
The exact short message to use
Submission instructions
A private upload link for logging every completed submission
Required Workflow
For each business submission:
1. Locate an eligible Oklahoma business website
The business must:
Be Oklahoma-based
Accept customer credit card payments
Have an active online contact or inquiry form
2. Complete the form exactly as instructed
3. Capture 2 full-page screenshots
Screenshot 1: Fully completed form before clicking submit

Each upload entry must also include:
