I’m looking for an experienced interior designer or architectural visualizer to help reimagine a three-bedroom apartment and bring it to life through both precise 2D planning and high-quality 3D visualization.
Requirements:
• Realistic materials, lighting, and textures
• High-resolution outputs (4K or higher)
• Editable source files (DWG, PSD, or native 3D project files)
• Ability to refine design through feedback until final approval
• Preferred tools include AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Blender, or 3ds Max with V-Ray—any workflow is fine as long as the final result is photorealistic and accurate.
• Please include examples of previous interior design or architectural visualization work and your estimated timeline for delivering the first layout and final renders.

The project starts with a clean and accurate 2D floor plan that includes layout optimization, furniture placement, circulation flow, and overall spatial planning. Once the layout is finalized, the next phase will focus on photorealistic 3D renders to visualize the full interior design before any real-world work begins.
The design style should be modern and minimalist with a subtle Parisian-inspired aesthetic—elegant, refined, and softly classic while still feeling contemporary.
Deliverables include:
Scaled 2D floor plan in PDF and editable CAD format (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
Furniture layout and space planning clearly defined
High-quality 3D renders for:
Living room
Master bedroom
Two additional bedrooms
Balcony seating areas
Main bathroom
Two render angles per space in both natural daylight and warm evening lighting
