Fix Intellispace PACS Lagging

Summary

Freelancer Client is hiring: Fix Intellispace PACS Lagging.

Location: Remote

My Windows-based home workstation has 64 GB RAM and a stable 1 Gb Ethernet link, yet Philips Intellispace PACS keeps lagging and stuttering during every interaction—image loading, scrolling, zooming—regardless of study size or modality. Other applications on the same machine run flawlessly, so the bottleneck is clearly inside the PACS workflow, not the hardware or general network stack. I have already walked through the built-in “setting optimisation” wizard and applied the usual registry and Java tweaks that Philips suggests, but the problem persists.

I need someone who truly knows Intellispace PACS on Windows—client cache behaviour, image compression settings, streaming parameters, background services, even server-side flags—to dive in remotely, diagnose the real culprit and leave the workstation running smoothly. If driver, NIC, or JVM versions prove relevant, please be ready to update or roll back safely. I can provide admin rights, PACS log files, and a screen-share on request.

Acceptance criteria: after your intervention, opening and manipulating any study locally should feel immediate, with no visible stutter, and network utilisation should remain consistent without sudden drops or spikes. A short write-up of the changes you made will be the final deliverable so I can reproduce the fix on a second workstation later.

Skills: Java, Linux, Web Security, Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Ubuntu, Performance Tuning, System Administration

Budget: $250–$750 USD
