I have a steady stream of material that needs to move seamlessly across five languages—English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. The core of the job is high-quality human translation for articles, corporate documents and spreadsheet reports, but it also extends to creating clear descriptive summaries, full transcriptions and a touch of video work where captions or light edits are required.
Here is what I will hand over: Word and PDF files, Excel/CSV sheets, and short video clips that occasionally require subtitle tracks. I expect the translated texts to preserve layout and formatting so they can drop straight back into our CMS or reporting templates without manual fixes. For videos, simple cuts, subtitle burn-ins and export to MP4 are enough—no heavy motion graphics needed.
Fully translated versions of every article, document and spreadsheet in the target language(s) I indicate
Accurate transcripts (and, where useful, time-coded .srt files) for any audio or video provided
Brief descriptive summaries in both source and target languages to accompany each item

Deliverables

Acceptance criteria: zero machine-translation artefacts, terminology consistency across files, formatting that mirrors the source, and subtitle timing within ±0.5 s. I work on tight turnarounds, so reliability is as important as linguistic skill.
