Freelancer Client is hiring: Modern House Elevation Rendering.
Location: Remote
I already have a fully-dimensioned floor plan; what I need now is a striking, modern front and side elevation that will bring the design to life. You’ll be working from my CAD drawings (DWG/PDF can be supplied) to produce both clear 2D façade drawings and photorealistic 3D renders.
The look I’m after is contemporary—clean lines, balanced massing, and a fresh material mix. I’m open to creative suggestions on features such as a balcony, generous window walls, or a welcoming porch, and the same flexibility applies to colour palettes (neutral, bold, or an artful blend) and finishes such as brick, stucco, or timber cladding. Feel free to show me two or three nuanced variations if that helps us lock in the optimal scheme.
Scaled 2D front and side elevation drawings (PDF + editable source)
High-resolution 3D stills—day and night—showing realistic textures, lighting, and landscaping context
Native project files compatible with AutoCAD/Revit and the rendering package you choose (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.)
