What I need is a page-speed expert who can turn the site around quickly—ideally someone based in Russia or Ukraine I’m open to any mix of techniques that will achieve an immediate-feeling load: smart compression, aggressive lazy loading, a well-configured CDN, trimming or replacing plugins, script deferral—whatever works without sacrificing visual quality.
Deliverables
• Optimised JPEG set (lossless or visually lossless) and a clear workflow so future uploads stay light.
