Problem:
I have a TikTok account where the general account status and mobile LIVE status look normal. There are no active restrictions shown in the account status. TikTok also gave access to LIVE / TikTok LIVE Studio, even though the account currently has around 200 followers, not 1000.
The problem happens specifically when I start a PC gaming stream through the official TikTok LIVE Studio app.
Almost immediately after starting the stream, TikTok LIVE Studio shows this warning:

Important:
This does not look like a normal content violation. I tested very clean stream setups:
- official TikTok LIVE Studio on PC;
- PC gaming stream;
- Game Capture source;
- active microphone;
- no bots;
- no fake viewers;
- no purchased engagement;
- no prerecorded video;
- no copyrighted music;
- no QR codes;
- no donation card;
- no external links;
- no third-party payment methods;
- no suspicious overlays.
I also tested an even cleaner setup: only camera + microphone, without gameplay, overlays, LIVE goals, text sources, or extra widgets. The same restriction still appeared almost immediately.
History of the issue:
At first, some appeals were approved by TikTok, and the restrictions were removed. Later, new appeals started getting rejected almost instantly, within a few seconds, which looks automated rather than manually reviewed.
TikTok support repeatedly replied that “there are no restrictions on your account.” They also wrote that a certain “penalty” was lifted. But they mostly answer about the general account status, while the real problem remains specifically inside TikTok LIVE Studio on PC: every new PC gaming stream gets the same LIVE visibility restriction.
