I'm looking for a skilled contractor to help with a home addition and remodel. I have a set of design and construction plans for a prior iteration of this expansion/remodel that we have decided not to use. It shows the dimensions of the existing home. I have prepared a sketch of our ideas for the added/remodeled space. I also used AI to create images of the facades we like for the front of the home an rear of the home. I want to disrupt as little of the second level as possible. Of course we will need to tie-in the roof lines, but I prefer not to impact windows or interior spaces in the second level.
The project needs to start immediately and be completed within 4 weeks. It requires an engineer's stamp accepted in Catawba County, North Carolina.
