• Collecting publicly available contact details such as:

• Setting up a dedicated Gmail account for this project to manage outreach and responses
• Providing secure access to the email account via Google delegation or shared inbox access (no password sharing required)
• Capturing a screenshot or record of each outreach message sent
Requirements:
• Minimum of 100 verified business contacts per milestone submission
• All entries must be unique and accurately sourced
• Only verified FSBO listings should be included
• Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be accepted
• Milestone Structure & Compensation
• Starting milestone rate: $5 per completed milestone
• Each successfully completed milestone increases by $2
• Milestone cap: $46 per milestone

Project Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help identify and contact businesses listed for sale by owner (FSBO) across Craigslist and other approved online marketplaces.
The goal of this project is to collect accurate listing information and initiate initial outreach to sellers for follow-up review.
This is a structured, milestone-based role with ongoing work potential for high-performing freelancers.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Searching Craigslist and other approved platforms for business-for-sale-by-owner listings (no broker listings)

Tracking and documenting each listing contacted

Deliverables Per Entry
For each business contacted, you will submit:
