We are looking for a creative and strategic content lead to build and grow a modern beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brand across Instagram and digital platforms.
What you'll do:
• Content Strategy & Community Growth
• Own and manage Instagram content strategy
• Build long-term audience engagement and community
• Focus on follower growth, engagement, saves, shares, and trust-building
• Ensure the page feels educational, aspirational, and community-driven rather than sales-heavy
• Stay updated with beauty, skincare, wellness, and social media trends
• Create engaging short-form content around:
• healthy skin & skin barrier health
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth and audience psychology
• Experience creating beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle content
• Strong visual taste and understanding of luxury minimal aesthetics
• Ability to independently ideate, script, and execute content
• Skilled in tools such as:
Nice to have:
• AI tools like Runway, Pika, or similar is a plus

The ideal person has strong taste, understands luxury beauty aesthetics, and knows how to create content people genuinely want to follow, save, and share.
Role Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Community Growth
Own and manage Instagram content strategy
Build long-term audience engagement and community
Focus on follower growth, engagement, saves, shares, and trust-building
Ensure the page feels educational, aspirational, and community-driven rather than sales-heavy
Stay updated with beauty, skincare, wellness, and social media trends
Content Creation
Create engaging short-form content around:
skincare education
healthy skin & skin barrier health
beauty & cosmetics
nutricosmetics
wellness & self-care
beauty routines & rituals
lifestyle & luxury aesthetics
ingredients and formulation stories
hydration, SPF, glow, anti-aging, recovery, etc.
Reels & Video Production
Create and edit high-quality Instagram Reels and short-form videos
Develop:
educational beauty content
aesthetic lifestyle content
cinematic product visuals
skincare/product storytelling
founder journey/process content
Maintain a cohesive premium visual identity across all content
Requirements
Strong understanding of Instagram growth and audience psychology
Experience creating beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle content
Strong visual taste and understanding of luxury minimal aesthetics
Ability to independently ideate, script, and execute content
Skilled in tools such as:
CapCut
Canva
Adobe Premiere Pro (optional)
AI tools like Runway, Pika, or similar is a plus
