I need freelance telecallers who can stay available between 9:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. IST to answer general-inquiry customer support calls. A detailed script is ready for you, so your main focus will be following it accurately, listening actively, and logging brief notes in the CRM I provide.
Payment is performance-based: you can earn up to ₹1,000 each day, with the exact figure tied to the volume and quality of your handled calls. All you need is a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and a headset; training on the script, IVR flow, and CRM will be given before you start.
Handle every assigned call within the stated window
