Photorealistic 3D architectural animation video of a HOLLOW CORE PRESTRESSED CONCRETE SLAB (losa hueca pretensada / hollow core slab) for a precast concrete manufacturer.
Hopresa is a Uruguayan precast concrete manufacturer with 60+ years in the market. We need a high-end, photorealistic 3D animation to showcase our hollow core slabs to architects, structural engineers and construction companies on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and our website. We will attach a REFERENCE VIDEO showing the exact visual quality, lighting, mood and labeling style we want. That reference shows a vigueta-bovedilla floor system. Our video must match or EXCEED that quality, but applied to a DIFFERENT product: hollow core prestressed slabs (with internal cylindrical voids / alveolos).
Requirements:
• Duration: 30 to 45 seconds.
• Two export formats: 9:16 vertical (Reels / TikTok / Stories) AND 16:9 horizontal (YouTube / website).
• 4K resolution.
• Photorealistic 3D animation showing:
• 1. The hollow core slab as a finished precast element (close-up reveal of the internal hollow voids / alveolos).
• 2. The slab being placed on top of structural supports (beams or load-bearing walls) by a crane.
• 3. Cross-section / cut-away view exposing the prestressing steel strands inside the slab.
• 4. Welded wire mesh (malla electrosoldada) laid on top.

WHAT WE NEED

- Construction site environment as background, daylight, realistic ambient (similar mood to reference).
- Smooth cinematic camera movement. No rigid orbital shots, no robotic motion.
- High-end PBR materials, realistic concrete texture, accurate steel reflections.
- No music or voiceover needed (we will add ourselves).
- Brand colors: we will provide brand kit (logo, color palette) at kick-off.
DELIVERABLES
1. Final video in 4K, both 16:9 and 9:16 versions.
2. Source / project files (Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Unreal — whichever you use) so we can iterate later.
3. Editable text labels (we may need to adjust Spanish wording).
4. 2 rounds of revisions included.
TIMELINE
3 to 4 weeks from project kick-off.
BIDDING REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING
We will ONLY review bids that include:
1. Direct links to at least 2 previous ARCHITECTURAL or INDUSTRIAL 3D ANIMATIONS you have done (animations, not static renders).
2. A short paragraph describing how YOU would approach OUR specific product (hollow core slabs). Generic copy-paste proposals will be rejected.
3. Software you will use.
4. Realistic delivery date.
Bids that ignore these requirements will not be considered.
LONG-TERM POTENTIAL
This is a PILOT project. If we are satisfied with the result, we will commission a full SERIES of similar animations for our complete product line (10+ products in the next 12 months). The freelancer or studio chosen for this first piece has priority for the rest.
