Toy-Sized Mini Leaf Blower Design

Краткое

Freelancer Client is hiring: Toy-Sized Mini Leaf Blower Design.

Location: Remote

I’m putting together a palm-sized “mini leaf blower” that’s as much a gag gift as it is a functional novelty. At the heart of the unit I want to work with either the GFM0412SS-D or the PF40561BX-QA12-S9H fan; whichever one you feel integrates more cleanly into the layout is fine with me.

The housing should be molded in plastic and follow a playful, toy-like silhouette rather than a plain rectangle or cylinder. Think something people would grin at the moment they see it on a desk. Inside that shell we have to fit a small rechargeable battery pack, a USB-C charging port, a simple charging-status LED, and a sturdy toggle switch for power.

I’ll need complete files that let me move straight into prototyping: the 3D CAD for the enclosure, an electrical schematic and compact PCB layout, a basic BOM with readily available parts, and brief assembly instructions so I can hand the package to my prototype shop without extra back-and-forth. If there’s any firmware required for charging control, include that as well.

Space is tight, so thermal management, vibration damping for the fan, and clean airflow routing all have to be baked in. Please highlight any compromises you take—battery capacity, run time, noise—so I can sign off before you finalize. I’m looking forward to seeing how small, fun, and surprisingly powerful we can make this little blower. This item should function, when turn on to blow the just like a normal size leaf blower would blow.

Skills: Electronics, CAD/CAM, Solidworks, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, PCB Layout, Product Design, 3D Modelling, 3D Design, 3D CAD

Budget: $30–$250 USD
