Requirements:
• No post in center middle. To support ridge. No rafter ties ( open to cable/rod ties. On center or every 8’ 20lb live load 40lb snow.or code for ne pa
• Shingled with asphalt shingles
• Wood structure
• Tongue and groove wood paneling for ceiling finish
• Ideal experience in engineering. Lvl glam sizing
• Experience with cathedral ceilings and porch design
• Please provide a portfolio of similar work.
