Original
I need photorealistic 3D exterior renderings for a modern building. The architectural plans are ready in DWG, and I’ll forward those along with elevations, a simple massing model, material references, and mood images the moment we start.
The goal is to showcase the façade, lighting, and surrounding context from multiple viewpoints so my client can make final material-choice decisions. Please keep the overall style clean and contemporary, with realistic textures, true-to-life lighting, and subtle landscaping that complements the architecture rather than overwhelms it.
You’re free to work in 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, Blender + Cycles, Lumion, or a similar pipeline—whatever lets you achieve sharp, high-contrast visuals efficiently.
Deliverables
• Four high-resolution stills (minimum 3840 px wide): three daylight angles and one dusk shot
• The master scene file with linked textures and proxies
• One revision pass after the first draft
Timeline
First draft within five days of kickoff, final images within one week of receiving my feedback.
When you respond, include a short note on your experience with modern exteriors and a couple of portfolio examples that match this style.
