We are a growing manpower supply business seeking an experienced freelance Finance Operations Consultant to support the establishment and stabilization of our finance operations and controls.

The business is currently using QuickDice ERP for operations and finance activities. ERP configuration is not part of the scope, however the consultant is expected to work within the existing ERP environment and help improve finance processes around it.

Scope of Work
The freelancer is expected to support the following areas:
Finance Operations & Process Development
Review existing finance and accounting practices
Establish standard finance workflows and controls
Build practical and sustainable finance processes suitable for a small business environment
Develop and document finance SOPs and working procedures
Improve finance governance and accountability
Closing & Reporting
Establish proper monthly closing process
Support development of year-end closing practices
Improve reporting accuracy and reporting timelines
Create basic management reporting structures and reporting discipline
Accounting Controls
Improve reconciliations and financial accuracy
Support controls around AP, AR, payroll, collections, and cash management
Improve finance documentation and supporting records
Support VAT-related operational discipline and finance controls
Team Support & Training
Guide and support the existing finance team
Train junior/non-finance team members on standard finance workflows
Reduce dependency on individual personnel through proper process documentation and structure
Support stabilization of finance operations during implementation phase
Advisory & Continuous Improvement
Identify operational gaps, risks, and weak controls
Recommend practical improvements suitable for business size and maturity
Support management with finance operational visibility and process improvements
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a freelancer with:
Strong accounting and finance operational knowledge
Experience building finance processes for small and growing businesses
Strong controls and governance mindset
Ability to train and guide developing finance teams
Hands-on practical approach, not only theoretical knowledge
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience supporting remote teams
Experience in manpower supply or service-based industries is preferred but not mandatory
