Location: Remote
I’m finalising a 40 m² jewelry boutique and now need a complete set of shop-ready execution drawings. Every sheet must be production-grade: precise, dimensioned, and clear enough for both the workshop and the site crew to build from without extra clarification. Scope of work I will supply the architectural shell and concept sketches; you will translate them into a coordinated drawing package that includes: • Detailed layout plans (all dimensions, fixed and loose elements) • Reflected ceiling plan with lighting integration • Electrical layouts for lighting, sockets, switches, CCTV, and power lines • Mechanical plans covering AC supply, return, and ventilation routes • Flooring pattern and finish plan • Full wall elevations and key sections to explain heights and junctions • Shop-fitting furniture drawings—highly detailed with every panel, glass component, metal trim, lighting channel, hinge, and fixing point called out • Material schedules specifying wood species, glass thickness, metal finishes, lighting types, hardware, and joinery details • Construction details and fixing methods for counters, wall units, and feature displays All drawings must be delivered in CAD (DWG or RVT) plus ready-to-print PDFs. Layers, lineweights, and title blocks should follow standard workshop conventions so the manufacturer can cut straight from the files. Acceptance criteria 1. Every item shown in the concept appears in plan, elevation/section, and detail. 2. Dimensions are legible and consistent; no missing critical sizes. 3. Furniture sheets carry exploded views or sections for clarity. 4. Files open error-free in AutoCAD 2018 or later. 5. A brief revision window is included for any workshop RFI tweaks. If you have a proven track record of shop-drawings for retail, especially high-end fit-outs, I’d love to review a sample set. Let’s get this ready for fabrication.
